It seems like Transformers, Doom, Metroid, and Warhammer 40k form an unholy quartet. If you're into one, you're likely to be into one of the others. I ran out of Doom fanfiction where men get pregnant, so I searched the most "manly" fandom on Ao3 I could think of for stories of men getting pregnant. What I found pleased me.
